When I had my first serious job interview after graduating college for a major accounting firm the interviewer ask me what I thought the job was about? After a few tries and not getting the answer he said we’re looking for problem solvers. I realized that has a lot of value. It has served me well throughout my career. When I transitioned into becoming a real estate agent I soon realized this was Paramount. Dealing with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders etc was really difficult. I’m proud today that I was able to solve a very tricky situation. I saved a deal for my buyers. It was all about thinking outside the box solving every issue that came our way. No pat on the back. Just personally a rewarding day. I start again tomorrow doing it all over again for someone else.

This is my 3rd sale in Leisureville and all buyers were friends. Really a fun group to deal with.

This was the hardest sale I’ve gone through. The owner was sick and then passed. Probate and dealing with the judge was a new experience for me. Balcony refurbishment and the Jack hammering went on for months and still going on. 8 open houses without much traffic. Association very difficult to deal with. Assessment a few days before closing. Yet I never gave up and I found a buyer from Texas who saw the condo 8 months ago.I want to also thank the executor for working closely with me to make this sale happen. 

WOW is all I can say about this premier 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath on the Bay. There were 3 units in the same stack at different price points and designs. After a lot of negotiations we were finally able to make a deal. So happy for my buyers!
