Chief Phelps was officially sworn in as Chief of Police for the City of Boca Raton by City Manager Mark Sohaney, joined by Mayor Andy Thomson and former Acting Police Chief Seth Dubinsky.

Bringing more than 30 years of law enforcement leadership experience to Boca Raton, Chief Phelps begins this new chapter with a career rooted in public safety, community engagement, and service.
