We created these brows back in 2022 while I was on a little social media hiatus… and somehow this beautiful transformation never got the attention it deserved. 😭🥀

As one of my FAVORITE transformations ever, I think it’s finally time these brows have their moment. 🙂‍↕️🔥

I’m mostly in love with the brow design here. 😍

As you can see, achieving this level of balance and symmetry wasn’t easy—but that’s exactly what made it so exciting. This is where the artist comes out.👩🏻‍🎨

At Wafa Brows, we’ve never believed that rulers, measurements, or strict brow mapping are what create the perfect brow shape. We freehand all brow designs. Mapping is a great tool for learning, but the face isn’t a flat surface. We have muscles, curvature, asymmetry, and anatomy that go far beyond what lines on a ruler can account for.

In my humble opinion, experience eventually teaches you to SEE the face rather than measure it.

Some of the most challenging—and rewarding—cases I take on aren’t new brows. They’re corrections. I hardly ever showcase it, but correction work has become one of my specialties. I’m grateful to have been able to help so many women over the last 10 years who have had a bad first experience with permanent makeup.

Scar tissue behaves differently than healthy skin. It retains pigment differently, heals differently, and can dramatically affect the final result if you don’t know how to work with it.

That’s why correction work is one of the most challenging areas of permanent makeup. It’s not about covering what’s there—it’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and creating a plan specific to that client.
