🧑‍🎄 🚒The annual Boca Fontana Holiday Parade will take place on Saturday, December 13th, beginning at approximately 6:30 PM. The parade route map is below for your reference.

Please be advised that the parade can be loud. Kindly notify anyone in your household who may be sensitive to noise and be sure to secure all pets. In addition, street parking is not permitted during the event.

If your home is not located on the parade route, we encourage you to head to a main road to enjoy the festivities.🚒🎅🎉

The monument island has passed its final inspection✅ 🌟

🌀 We’re in the thick of hurricane season!
Now is the time to walk your property and check for any objects that could become dangerous projectiles in high winds.
🔹 Dispose of any outdoor items that are no longer wanted.
🔹 Trim trees and shrubs. Trees should be pruned to accomodate air flow. All dead/dying branches, fronds and coconuts should be promptly removed.
🔹 Store yard tools, toys, and decorations to keep them secure.
Taking care of these issues now can help reduce the burden if and when a storm becomes imminent. A little preparation today can make a big difference later.

The landscape plan for the Monument Island has officially been approved and is scheduled to begin the week after next!

A beautiful selection of plants will soon bring color, vibrancy, and life to the newly renovated island. We’re all looking forward to seeing this final touch come to life—stay tuned for updates as the transformation begins!
