When I get confused, annoyed, or disheartened by someone’s behavior I repeat the words of Maya Angelou as my affirmation of truth:

“When people show you who they are believe them.”🌼

So, yes it happened again today. Cute house, off the market!
So when you contact a Facebook realtor about a house and they tell you, "just got an offer on it, but I can show you others" run, they are unethical and if they lie about this what else will they lie about ......

just saw a really cute white house with black accents on Facebook, the MLS # was there so I looked it up. CLOSED LAST YEAR, THE REALTOR WHO PUT IT ON FB, NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SALE.....

so, today I saw a few cute houses on facebook advertised by a Boca Raton Realtor, looked them up
1. never existed
2. closed 5/19
3. closed 2/19

so if you are looking on facebook for a home, be careful, ask questions, do your homework

Watch out for Realtors listing homes that do not exist on Facebook or homes that exist but the prices are bogus.
