Anti-inflammatory Smoothie (for 2 people)
1,5 cup Blueberries
2 handful fresh spinach
1 tbsp hempseed
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1 avocado
If you want add ice
* I never use frozen fruits bought from grocery. They always add chemicals to make their lives longer and you don't get benefits and vitamins from them. I buy fresh fruits and put them in ziplocks and freeze if I need frozen ones😉
