When Trauma+Talent+Passion leads to a Cause that becomes your Purpose.
After the traumatic affects of 10/7, found a way to express her pride for Israel, as well as, sharing her profits with Israelis who were victims of 10/7. As a bonus, she’s getting so many requests to commission maps that she’s a few months behind. Congratulations to all involved…the artist, the owners, and those Israelis who have been displaced, injured, maimed and orphaned by the horrific events that took place…and continue to take place.

When …

“This drawing was made by a 13 year old girl. All the edges have the names of the hostages who are still waiting.

Inside the Star of David is written Am Yisrael Chai.

On the shoe is a verse from Tehillim, and inside it says: Together we win.

Incredible!” ~

Yesterday we learned of the tragic fate of these four men. Three of these men, Chaim Peri, Amiram Cooper and Yoram Metzger, were from Kibbutz Nir Oz. Recently, Hamas showed a video of these men as part of their psychological warfare propaganda campaign. Unfortunately, they were not able to have been saved.

I was reminded of the people of Kibbutz Nir who were displaced to the north at Kibbutz Mishima HaEmek. Exactly six months ago, my friends, Batya Klein, Debbie Lebovic, Wendy Finn and I joined IsraAID on a mission to Israel to bring art therapy to those who survived the 10/7 Massacre, those who were injured, those who were displaced, those who suffered from PTSD, the IDF who returned from Gaza, mothers of the IDF in combat, as well as, Art Therapists themselves. We worked with the organization, Portraits of Hope, who provided their panels with outlines of flowers as a creative therapy for those people seeking a therapeutic expression when words are too hard to find. The colors were bright to help bring hope and cheer where darkness and sadness seem to have been hovering. The following photos were of the men, women and children from Nir Oz whom we worked with. There were those who were angry, fearful, sad but most of all appreciative to be able to find an hour of active meditation, taking them away from the constant thoughts of those they lost, those hostages they love(d), and their life as they knew it.

BDE to the men mentioned in the beginning of this post and to all who have lost their lives during the massacre, while in captivity, in war, and those whose PTSD was so unimaginatively painful, they forced to take their own lives to relieve their deep and emotional pain they relived in their minds over and over again. May their names be a blessing.

180 Days…..We will not cease till each of those hostages are released and till we free Palestinians from Hamas and those who agree with their Jew-hatred ideology! 🎗️ 🙏🏼🇮🇱💪🏼💙🙌🏼🌍✌🏼

B”H, Fernando Simon Marman (60), and Norberto Luis Har (70) were rescued by the IDF in Rafah, Gaza after being kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Yitzchak and being held in captivity 129 days.

We remember seeing their faces on a banner when we did art therapy with the seniors from the same kibbutz. Most people there are dual Argentinian-Israeli citizens. Councidentally, the Argentinian president was just seen praying at the wailing wall…🤔

Scroll through some photos of this community painting and releasing stress with each stroke. Their faces are covered for privacy.

Thank you to my mission partners, and for collaborating this amazing mission. Thank you to for coordinating the communities for us. Thank you to for providing us the floral art template.

Warning:

I keep sharing a screen shot of a “suspicious” photo, but it is constantly being erased. See below:

I have not been posting here for a while but, if you are wondering why I keep sharing the same screenshot over and over again is because I was almost tricked into a scam.

I was notified that Business Services was going to deactivate my business account and that I needed to verify by clicking on the link. I did then I saw they asked me for my log in info but the suspicious photo made me google search this request to “verify.” There it was, Fake!!! I was grateful to listen to my gut and i did not verify my information!

I shared it with you all in case you receive the same notification. However, each time I add a screen shot of that “suspicious” photo, it is constantly erased. I will share them here. Take screenshots of them before they erase them and hack all of our FB business accounts.

Be vigilant, be safe!
