Athletes face immense pressure—on the field, in the clubhouse, and in their personal lives. My goal is to destigmatize mental health and provide a safe space where players feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward their peak performance—both mentally and physically. Because success isn’t just about skill; it’s about mindset, resilience, and well-being.

Mental health is just as crucial as physical health, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support MLB players and their families in navigating these challenges.
