Meet Kara Cassidy — founder, owner and master teacher at Florida Swim School. 💙
For more than 30 years, Kara has been helping swimmers build confidence, learn life-saving water skills and feel safe in the water. Her passion has always been creating a nurturing environment where babies, kids and adults can learn to swim year-round at Boca Raton’s only indoor swim school.
Kara was also recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 honoree in Southern New Jersey for making a positive impact in the community — and that same heart for teaching is what families feel in every lesson here. 🫧
Looking for a more experienced instructor? Ask about our Master Teacher class option. Master Teachers have at least 6 years of teaching experience.
