After the attack on a SEPTA train where a women was sexually assaulted for 20 min and no one did anything to help other than record it, we were called to help by providing a women’s personal defense training. How to make sure this does not happen to you or your loved ones! During these times, our stress can be overwhelming from worrying about the , , or family. To help with this stress we may choose , , or even walking around an area that is away from people especially when are closed or unsafe to train. However, /criminals know this and are waiting for the perfect opportunity to attack; the mental signs are visible, and they feed on it. Here are tips that can save your life and the ones you love.

How to make sure this tragedy does not happen to you or your loved ones! During these times, our mental stress can be overwhelming from worrying about the future, work, or family. To help with this stress we may choose running, exercising, or even walking around an area that is away from people especially when gyms are closed or unsafe to train.
