The finished photographs tell one story. The process tells another.
Between demolition and completion, there is a moment when a home begins to reveal what it will become. Walls come down, new possibilities emerge, and years of planning, collaboration, and craftsmanship start taking physical form.

A bedroom designed to do more with less.
Inspired by the thoughtful efficiency of yacht design, this primary suite transforms architectural constraints into defining features. Integrated millwork maximizes every inch, while custom furnishings create a sense of flow and softness throughout the space.
Above, a cloudlike ceiling mural draws the eye upward, turning low ceilings into an opportunity for visual interest rather than a limitation. Layered textures, tailored details, and a restrained palette bring a sense of calm, creating a retreat that feels both elevated and effortless.
The best design isn’t about having more space. It’s about making every square foot work beautifully.
Part two of our “10 Designers, 1 Question” series, and this time we ask the team:
What’s one small detail that makes a space feel high-end?
No one compared answers beforehand…but layered lighting, floor-to-ceiling drapery, thoughtful flow, and architectural details came up more than once
Turns out luxury lives in the details.
Which one stands out most to you?

Quiet corners often tell the most meaningful stories.
A favorite chair beside a bookshelf. Fresh flowers catching the afternoon light. The thoughtful details that make a space feel welcoming, personal, and lived in.
While statement moments may draw the eye, it’s often these smaller, quieter spaces that shape how we experience a home every day.
Thoughtful design lives not only in what stands out, but in the moments that invite you to slow down, settle in, and stay awhile.

Luxury isn’t excess. It isn’t even about expensive.
It’s about restraint. Intention. Walking into a room that feels right - the scale, the way the colors settle together. Not more. A deeper feeling.
As Laetitia puts it, drawing on a saying from her French father: “Il faut être très riche pour acheter des choses pas chères.” You have to be really rich to buy cheap things.
Buy cheap, and you’ll buy it again and again - always replacing, never enough. But invest in one beautiful, timeless piece that stands the test of time, and it stands on its own.
That’s real luxury. That’s real joy.

This Memorial Day weekend, we’re reflecting on the art of outdoor living: layered seating areas, durable materials that withstand the elements beautifully, and thoughtful layouts that invite connection from sunrise coffee to sunset dinners.
From waterfront dining terraces and shaded lounges to outdoor kitchens and poolside escapes, these spaces were designed to move effortlessly through every part of the day - creating a seamless backdrop for entertaining, relaxing, and making memories with the people who matter most.
We hope you’re soaking up the sun with your people in the most meaningful - and beautiful - way possible.

Hot off the press.
We’re honored to see our Holiday House Wellington debut featured in Modern Luxury Interiors.
Designed as a restorative retreat inspired by the client’s equestrian lifestyle, the den layers biophilic influences, sculptural forms, and a warm, grounding palette to create a space that feels both refined and deeply personal.
Even more meaningful, this project was created in support of Holiday House’s mission to raise awareness for breast cancer within the design community.
Thank you to for the feature and to everyone who helped bring this space to life.
People don’t realize how complex condo renovations can be.
This project involved a major transformation, and when renovating within a condo environment, every decision has to work within existing building constraints.
Moving plumbing.
Reworking electrical.
Maximizing storage.
Improving flow.
Creating functionality without compromising aesthetics.
The final result may feel effortless, but getting there requires careful planning and problem solving behind the scenes.
One of our biggest priorities in this renovation was maximizing every inch of space while maintaining a clean, elevated, and highly functional environment for our clients.
Design is never just about how a space looks. It’s about how intelligently it works.
Stay tuned as we continue sharing this transformation and many more to come.
