I hope you all had a nice Shabbat and for those celebrating a happy Mother’s Day. As we approach Lag B’Omer this week; Shavuot is not far away. I am trying to figure out if there is a demand for Shavuot Dairy Friendly take-out. Being that Yom Tov is Sunday Evening June 1st, I’m trying to gage if there is a sufficient demand for Prepared foods for the chag.
So, my question is do you want a prix fixe dinner (as I usually do) or do you want Ala Cart Options (bulk amounts in 8”x12”x2” deep pans or similar packaging). Should I decide to go ahead and offer this.. the deadline for orders would be Erev Shabbat May 23rd.
Please respond back to me as I have to decide this week.

I have prepared a specially curated menus, simple Chicken Dinner for 4 people starting at $150.00. Also, I created a Holiday Lunch Menu and because it’s a 3-day Yom Tov you can order my Cholent.
You can upgrade as you order, any upcharges are for the package, NOT per person.
