It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we share some devastating news with our practice family. Our beloved optician, Kevin Derry, has unexpectedly passed away.

To say Kevin was a pillar of our practice doesn't quite capture what he meant to us—he was truly the glue of our office. He brought an irreplaceable light, warmth, and energy into our building every single day. Whether he was plotting a harmless, playful prank on his coworkers or making sure everyone’s day was a little brighter by surprising us with our favorite snacks, Kevin lived to bring joy to those around him.

Many of you knew Kevin through his incredible talent. He possessed a rare gift and a true passion for his work; it was his absolute specialty to know exactly which pair of glasses would look best on everyone who walked through our doors. He didn't just fit frames—he made people feel confident, seen, and cared for.

We are navigating an immense wave of grief as a team, and our office feels far emptier without his laughter and presence. We ask for your patience and understanding as we grieve this monumental loss. Please keep Kevin’s family and loved ones in your thoughts during this incredibly painful time.
