I do not agree with the points made in this article. The reason this Palm Beach property is not selling is that today’s affluent buyers are not interested in an old Colonial estate, regardless of the renovations it has undergone (2010 is considered old in Florida!). And those round columns create a negative first impression. It should be priced as if it were a teardown, allowing for the construction of a new home on this fantastic 2-acre oceanfront lot.
