Our design for an antiquated town council chambers resulted in a state-of-the art multimedia facility that the chamber can be extremely proud of. It has been recognized by the American Society of Interior Design for municipal design in South Florida. We will definitely be working together again in the future.

High Point Market is the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world, bringing together manufacturers and more than 75,000 design professionals. To achieve a design that adheres to a conservative construction budget for a creative technology company. Addressing the concerns of the developer, the lease holder and the general contractor, our design team turned to resourceful material selections and construction details to achieve all objectives. We decided to work with the constraints and materials of the existing raw space and embrace them. Day lighting and a sense of space was very important to the developer. Creative use of materials and their impact to productivity was important to the client.

This project originated with existing design concerns by the client; a dark interior living room with distant windows in the adjacent family room, a confining wine cellar also adjacent to the living room through a narrow archway and pathway, a butler’s pantry which did not serve the homeowners requirements and a kitchen with a jarring accent wall with bland cabinetry for a fine residence.
