Flow 24/7 traveling to Philly from Florida today for Fall Round up girls lax tourney. Please travel safe....good dinner tonight, great sleep....be rested and ready to play at noon. Flow girls great practice coming off a long weekend of games. Thank you for coming with a great attuide and working hard tonight. We need to get focused on the Philly tourney in three weeks. We are going into the NE and Mid Atlantic regions where there is great Girls lacrosse. Hard work for next few weeks will be important. Have a good rest of school week. Hit the books and good luck in test.
