Here is the first page of my hair analysis. The first page contains a graph of the current levels of vital minerals and heavy metals within the body. As you can see from my first results, in addition to almost all of my vital minerals being too low, my aluminum level was literally off the chart!!!Aluminum has now been linked was dementia and Alzheimer's. It's not suppose to be in the body. I was shocked to say the least. I started taking silica and I also started using an infrared sauna twice a week. After 3 months I re-tested and happily my aluminum had reduced significantly, to almost zero. I continued to take the silica but stopped going to the sauna. I tested again after one year and to my dismay the aluminum was creeping up again. I purchased my own sauna and I have been using it at least 4 times a week since Oct of 2018. If I wouldn't have done the hair analysis, I wouldn't have even suspected high aluminum levels.
