Cornea Fellowship opportunity in Premier Cornea practice: This is a highly paid fellowship.
This 1- or 2-year program focuses on refractive surgery, cornea, external ocular diseases, and high-volume surgery including, PKP, DSAEK, DMEK with onsite donor preparation, cataract and Premium IOL's, phakic implants, Intacs, conjunctival transplants, collagen cross linking and more.
Refractive surgery center on site with iFS Intralase / VisX Star S4 lasers. High volume PRK, LASIK, and enhancements, stressing patient selection, techniques and management of complications.
Fellows scrub on all surgical cases, and are expected to participate in at least 1 clinical research paper. Fellows spend 1 week abroad doing up to 100 cataract procedures. Fellows with exceptional surgical skills will perform in excess of 100 cataracts and 50 transplants during the year.
