When time is critical, experience and teamwork matter.

This DSCR investor came to me after another lender couldn’t get the loan closed. With a strict 1031 Exchange deadline, overseas travel, and very limited time remaining, missing the closing date simply wasn’t an option.
My team and I worked nights and over the weekend, including Fairway underwriting stepping in on Saturday, to get the loan cleared and funded in time for the Monday deadline.

Receiving this message after closing made it all worthwhile:
“All right, we closed. I totally didn’t believe that was possible. I must be honest... thank you!”
