Kindness Matters 365 (KM365) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to supporting the emotional growth and well-being of children and teens.
Kindness Matters is on a mission to equip youth with the skills of kindness, resilience, empathy, and optimism. 🌍✨
Together, we’re creating a global movement where kindness isn’t a one-time action, but a way of being. 💛 Since 2008, our programs have helped tens of thousands of kids transform from feeling worthless to worthy, isolated to included, fearful to empowered, intolerant to kind. With over 100 programs nationwide, KM365 helps kids to develop resilience, empathy, and the skillset to purposefully contribute to society and care for themselves, one another, and our world.

Last week, our team paused 🤍
Not to slow down but to look up, look ahead, and ask ourselves: how do we take everything we have built and make it even bigger, even deeper, even more impactful?
For the start of our new fiscal year, our team gathered for a strategic retreat to come together as a virtual team, align on our vision, and plan for the years ahead.
We talked about where we are going, how we are getting there, and what it means to continue spreading kindness across classrooms, communities, and continents. 🌍
