Dr. Diego is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based fertility care throughout South Florida.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Dance and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Diego went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed both her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University.

Her clinical interests include infertility, IVF, fertility preservation, LGBTQ+ family building, third-party reproduction, diminished ovarian reserve, recurrent pregnancy loss, PMOS, and endometriosis.

Dr. Diego believes fertility care should be collaborative, inclusive, and tailored to each patient’s goals and family-building journey. Her approach combines advanced reproductive medicine with a focus on making patients feel informed and empowered throughout treatment.

Meet Dr. Jaclyn Kwal, one of the newest additions to the Boca Fertility provider team. 💛

A South Florida native, Dr. Kwal is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist who provides personalized, evidence-based fertility care. She is excited to return to the community where she grew up and care for patients throughout South Florida.

Dr. Kwal’s clinical interests include IVF and advanced reproductive technologies, egg freezing and fertility preservation, oncofertility, unexplained infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, PMOS, reproductive genetics, and LGBTQ+ family building.

Her connection to fertility care is personal, too. As an IVF baby herself, Dr. Kwal understands the impact fertility treatment can have on a family. She believes patients deserve to understand their options and the reasoning behind their treatment every step of the way.

Thinking about scheduling a fertility evaluation but not sure what to expect?

Your first appointment is an opportunity to start getting answers.

During a fertility evaluation, your provider will take the time to discuss your medical history, reproductive history, goals and any questions or concerns you may have. Depending on your individual situation, your evaluation may also include testing or recommendations for additional testing.

Most importantly, it's a conversation about you and your fertility.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before your first appointment. We're here to listen, answer your questions and help you better understand your options and potential next steps. ☀️

PMOS, or Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, affects an estimated 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, making it one of the most common conditions affecting ovulation and fertility.

But having PMOS can look different for everyone. Some people experience irregular cycles or difficulty ovulating, while others may not realize they have it until they begin trying to conceive.

The good news? A PMOS diagnosis doesn't define your fertility journey.
