Pepper steak in the Quick Cooker!! 😍😍

Not sure if this is everyone's take on peper steak, but we love it!!

I use a cheap roast, sliced into medallions. I dredge them, sear them, add water and peppers and let it simmer. It's always delicious, but it's a cheap cut of meat, so if it's not cut into the medallions, it would be hard to eat.

But omg!! I did it in the quick cooker this time - all of it, searing and everything - and the meat just falls apart!! So. Good.

Next time, I won't add as much water, though! It doesn't cook as long, plus its sealed, so there isn't much liquid loss and I like when it makes gravy at the same time. (So I did thicken up the sauce a little after, but that's an easy fix!)
