Today I got to attend such a beautiful networking event at Field of Flowers with some truly wonderful colleagues and friends. 🌻 I had the opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, laugh, create, and simply be present for a moment outside of the heaviness that so many helping professionals carry every day.

A huge thank you to Katie and Newport Healthcare for the invitation and for creating space for connection, creativity, and community. Sometimes therapists spend so much time holding space for others that we forget the importance of nurturing our own nervous systems too.

There was something healing about slowing down, arranging flowers, laughing together, and remembering that beauty, creativity, friendship, and moments of joy are not luxuries — they are part of wellness too. 💐

Grateful for days like this.
Grateful for community.
Grateful for reminders that even in difficult times, beauty still blooms.
