Cruise day progress check.
When I started this cut 6 month’s ago, my goal was to hit 225 lbs by cruise day.
This morning, I stepped on the scale at 214 lbs and I can confidently say:
I smashed that goal.
Down 55 pounds from where I started.
No hormone replacement therapy.
No Ozempic.
No retatrutide.
Just hard. Fu***ng. Work.
Still a long way to go before I hit the final form but this chapter?
Closed.
Time to enjoy the refeed, soak in the reward, and open the next chapter when I get back.

Normally I don’t post food… but this one needs to be said.
If you’re not cooking and calculating every meal you put in your body, you’re leaving progress on the table. Every bite is a choice. Every macro is momentum.
This has been one of my favorite go-to meals lately:
🍔 Three 4 oz 94/6 ground beef patties
🧀 Three slices of cheese
🥚 Three over-easy eggs + 1/2 cup egg whites
🍠 One air-fried sweet potato — cut into fries, dusted with cinnamon
🥒 A handful of kimchi pickles for elite gut health
🥤 And a sugar-free cream soda — because it’s fire, plain and simple
Macros:
• Calories: ~865
• Protein: ~82g
• Carbs: ~35g
• Fat: ~52g
All served on a paper plate for +5 anabolic gains and zero cleanup fatigue.
Cook with intention. Track with purpose. Eat like every meal gets you closer to the goal because it does.
