In partnership with NAHSE Dallas-Fort Worth, NALHE DFW, Women in Healthcare - Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter, Inc., HLA North Texas, ACHENTX WHEN, Asian Healthcare Leaders Community, HFMA, HIMSS, and an incredible lineup of sponsors, this is one of my favorite events every year.

Women In Healthcare Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter hosted a fireside chat featuring two healthcare leaders from its Advisory Board, Michelle Miner (Children's Health) and Crystal Brown (Methodist Mansfield).

As a member of the National Advisory Board, I love supporting our local chapter. I also wanted to support one of my longtime friends, Crystal, who always drops gems💎

From career and leadership lessons to work-life integration, knowing when to stay versus explore external opportunities, and the importance of having a village along the way, so many stories resonated with me as a healthcare executive now running my own company.

These are the rooms where iron sharpens iron.

And, it was announced that Lenetra will be the featured speaker at an upcoming WIH-sponsored occasion featuring her book and various topics to empower leaders and their organizations.

Our CEO attended the Modern Healthcare’s Leading Women event in Chicago, IL.

The topic of conversation was women's career advancement, including sponsorship, managing self care, and being bold/authentic leaders.
