The origin story behind Her Health Summit!

I get asked all the time how Her Health Summit came to be. Was it a grand strategic plan? A five year vision board? A team of consultants?

Nope. It was a cup of coffee and a whole lot of bitching.

I was sitting with Judy Weaver, yoga therapist, author, and now my brilliant Her Health co-host, and I was on a full rant about the state of women’s health. The way we get dismissed. The way our symptoms get filed under “stress” until they can’t be ignored anymore. The way the systems meant to care for us so often leave us more depleted than when we walked in. I was fired up, and not in the cute manifestation journal kind of way.

Judy let me get it all out. And then she said something I couldn’t shake: instead of just being angry about it, what if you built the thing you wish existed?
So we did.

That coffee turned into Her Health Summit, a day built for women to stop performing wellness and start actually receiving it. Real information. Real practitioners. Real community. No fluff, no gatekeeping, no pretending everything is fine when it isn’t.
