The July Visa Bulletin brought excellent news for those following U.S. immigration categories.

• EB-1 remains Current
• EB-2 and EB-2 NIW remain Current
• EB-3 advanced from 06/01/2024 to 08/01/2024
• Family-based categories also recorded important progress
• 46,000 additional visas continue to strengthen the outlook for 2026

In practical terms, this means that qualified professionals continue to face one of the most favorable immigration scenarios in recent years.

Employment-based categories continue to offer immediate Green Card availability, while several family-based categories are also showing positive movement.

If your goal is to obtain a Green Card through your professional background and experience, this may be a strategic time to begin your international planning.

One of the most common beliefs about immigration is that only “extraordinary” people can find opportunities in the United States.

But often, professionals themselves fail to recognize the value of the path they have already built.

Work experience, meaningful projects, academic achievements, recognition in your field… all of these may carry far more weight than you think.

Before deciding that “this isn't for you,” it's worth taking a closer look at the opportunities that may actually fit your profile.

Your profile may have more international potential than you realize. 😉

46,000 new opportunities for professionals who dream of building a career in the United States.

The Department of State has announced a significant increase in the number of employment-based visas available for fiscal year 2026. The annual limit has risen from 140,000 to 186,000 visas.

The increase comes from the redistribution of family-based immigrant visa numbers that were not used in the previous fiscal year, strengthening categories such as EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3.

For those following U.S. immigration trends, this is another positive sign for qualified professionals looking to start or advance their immigration plans.

If moving to the United States is part of your goals, this may be an important time to evaluate your options and begin preparing.

When people think about a Green Card, they usually associate it only with the possibility of living in the United States.

But permanent residency can impact much more than that.

It represents immigration stability, greater predictability to build long-term plans, more professional freedom, and the possibility of developing a career path in the United States with greater security.

For many people, this also means being able to change jobs with more flexibility, invest in new projects, plan family life, and make decisions focused on the future rather than only on the short term.

A Green Card often represents a shift in perspective and becomes much more than just a document. When stability exists, new possibilities begin to emerge.

And understanding which paths make sense for each profile is an important part of that process.

“America doesn’t want immigrants.”

That may be one of the most repeated — and least explained — statements about U.S. immigration.

In this video, Lara Ivanovici explains what actually exists within the visa categories created for highly qualified professionals and why so many people still believe that building a career in the United States is impossible.

While many professionals underestimate their own potential, others are building businesses, conducting research, leading projects, and creating a new life in the United States through their professional achievements.

Many people spend years thinking about living abroad, but keep postponing the process because they believe “it’s still not the right time.”

In many cases, time passes simply because the person feels they need to figure everything out alone before even looking for information.

International planning doesn’t begin when everything is perfect, but when there is clarity about the next steps.

Save this post to remember that!

Leave modesty aside? This time, it's worth it.

At D4U, every petition is built to be clear, visual, and easy to review. Charts, source of funds and path of funds diagrams, and well-organized documentation are all designed so that the immigration officer can quickly find exactly what they need to approve your case.

And that’s no coincidence. It’s expertise. The D4U team understands the inner workings of USCIS, knows how much time officers typically have to review each petition, and optimizes every detail to make that process as smooth as possible.

The result? An officer-friendly application that helps minimize the chances of an RFE and maximize the chances of approval.

For a long time, living abroad was seen by some people as “leaving”, “walking away from everything” or even giving up the life they had in their home country.

But for many people, the decision carries a completely different meaning.

It’s not about running away. It’s about expanding.

Expanding experiences.
Possibilities.
Connections.
Professional perspectives.
Quality of life.
Future plans.

People who choose to live in another country do not erase their story.
In reality, they carry with them all the experience built over the years into a new chapter of life.

Maybe the question is not “why leave?”, but rather: what possibilities exist for the life you want to build?

06/02/2026

Living in the United States can mean completely different things for each person.

For some, it’s the opportunity to pursue professional growth.
For others, more safety, stability, or access to new opportunities.

There are also those who want to provide different experiences for their families, experience a new culture, or simply start a new chapter in life.

Each person has a different reason for considering an international move.
