One of the many components we focus on with our architects during the design phase is maximizing the use and functionality of outdoor spaces in conjunction with the interior layout. We feel this enhances the experience of our homeowners and their guests when hosting parties or events, and we’re very happy with how this space came out.

Here’s a before/after of one our recently completed renovations. If you look closely, you’ll see we raised the covered entry roof, replaced the prefab columns with masonry, applied a smooth stucco finish, and installed a new front door. We also gutted the interior but we’ll share those before/after shots soon!
