Mr. Kiyoaki Mido graduated from the highly prestigious, “Tsuji Culinary School, in Japan.
He began his career as a sushi chef at the famed “Hiroshima City Hotel”.
In 1983, Mr. Mido’s superior culinary talent caught the attention of the world-famous,
“ Benihana” restaurant, who sponsored and brought him to the United States, to be the chef at their wildly popular Miami location.
In Tamarac, 2017, to the great delight of sushi lovers everywhere, Mr. Mido proudly opened his own, award-winning, exquisite, Japanese restaurant, “Sushi Raku”. With his creative genius and use of only the highest quality, freshest ingredients, it quickly became a wildly popular, favorite, local hot spot.
Not surprisingly, it wasn’t long thereafter that Mr. Mido had a new vision – to bring his exceptional culinary talents to Boca Raton. Thus, with sheer delight, “Sushi KYU Boca” was born.
