📈 Home Price Trends

• S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index reported a 3.8% annual gain for November 2024, up from 3.6% in October.

• 10-city composite showed a 4.9% increase, while the 20-city composite increased by 4.3%.

• New York recorded the highest annual gain at 7.3%, while Tampa experienced its first annual decline at -0.4%.

Prices have remained relatively stable with these high rates. What do you think will happen as the rates continue to drop? 😉

We are returning to a more "normal" appreciation environment. With the exception of a very few markets related to the pandemic, overall we are getting back to our historical averages.
