Jim brings 37 years of corporate sales and management experience and 7 years of real estate transactions to the Compass Florida team. Jim held previous positions with leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Jim was one of the first to purchase and currently lives in a new "country club" style non-golf community. Hi Neighbors,
Located above our water heaters in the garage is an expansion tank. These tanks are good for up to five years. If they’re not replaced, they could burst. My neighbor’s tank had two holes burst  shooting water all over the garage. Depending on where the tank bursts, it could go in the direction of the walls seriously damaging the plaster causing possible replacement of the wall area. If you have your original expansion tank at your house you are in “sudden death overtime”.
I certainly don’t want to alarm anybody, but want to make you aware of a potential problem. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

The Hardrock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood Florida! This new hotel, featuring 1200+ rooms, known as the Guitar Hotel, has a 7000 seat theater that opened in 2019. I saw Frankie Valli in 2019 when it just opened. The guitar resembles a Gibson Les Paul. Whenever you visit South Florida you should come and check this out! Pretty cool!! 🎸
