Guy Michael S.

Guy Michael Salani is a versatile serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the home improvement, real estate, and financial services industries. He specializes in building sales organizations and improving sales and operational processes. Additionally, Guy has a long track record of identifying and acting upon special opportunities and inefficiencies in a variety of markets. Guy began his career in real estate and real estate finance, rising to become a mortgage broker as well as a real estate broker. He later founded Compass Realty Group, where he served as principal broker and drew upon his deep experience to deliver first-in-class service and expertly executed transactions to the company’s New Jersey clients. In the course of his real estate career, Guy developed an eye for spotting niche markets and special situations in the real estate, home improvement, and construction spaces and effectively and successfully acted on them by launching a variety of profitable ventures. Guy is an Ocean City native and has spent over 17 years with his wife, Jenna, a trained ballerina and harpist. He is active in his community, having served on the Atlantic County Special Services Education Foundation Board of Directors and the Somers Point Zoning Board. He is also a strong believer in philanthropy and supports, among other organizations, the New College of Florida, the Sarasota Ballet, and the Forty Carrots Family Center.
