We will, however, be suspending the CrouseHouse 2 U lunch deliveries until next summer. Marinade for our gyro chicken begins with fresh minced garlic, fresh marjoram & rosemary, dried oregano leaves, onion powder, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, and lemon zest.

New menu for next week! We are adding the chicken gyro that we previewed on Thursday and by popular demand we are bringing back the chicken salad and holding over the turkey & berry salad. And don't forget, Take & Bake menu is still available!! Also as a side option we will have cucumber slices or carrot sticks!!

One secret to our delicious gyros is the tomato & cucumber salad that is made fresh daily! Roma tomatoes, garden cucumbers, & red onion tossed in freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped italian parsley, & extra virgin olive oil!

Of course, we had to try them out for quality. :)
