Stage4 Ninja Warrior

I was invited to talk by the local talk station here in Kansas City 103.7 to do an interview about my story. I went to interview not sure how long I was going to talk, or what the focus of my talk was going to be on. When I arrived at the recording studio I was greeted by the shows host Randy Miller and was informed that I would have 10 minutes to chat about my cancer journey. We began chatting, and at the first commercial break Randy told the producer to schedule the next interview for next week and that we would continue talking for the remainder of the 20 minutes in the show. My interview begins around the 20 min mark if you want to skip to it.

The result was a comprehensive overview of my story starting with when I received the devastating news of my cancer diagnosis. This leads directly into how I came to choose the naturopathic/Gerson Therapy route as opposed to the conventional route that my surgeon and oncologist had both recommended. I also get to talk about how pilots have a 50% increase of melanoma over those off the street, a cause that I am hoping to promote. We finish by taking about how the future opening of the premier Ninja Warrior gym in Kansas City .
