Last week I fixed the wrap on these support poles in a basement. They were wrapped with paneling, and I made a new wrap from 3/4” plywood to make them look more modern. I also built a maintenance free railing going to their swimming pool.

I installed a hardwood floor for a customer recently. It turned out really nice.

I have been working with Adam Stephenson for the past few months, flipping houses. These are some of the things we have accomplished. He is not stingy when it comes to doing things the right way.

Just finished an ADA approved walk in bathtub. I had to run new plumbing, and a dedicated 15amp GFCI circuit. Next I will be installing shelving beside it for towels.

Installed some gate latches for Canine Cottage Salem today. I got to pet almost every dog there, so it’s been a good day.

This is from the start of a home flip in NW Roanoke. There’s still a lot to get done.

Finished a basement double door today. They had a bit of a leak during Helene, and needed some waterproofing. I raised the door 1 inch, and did metal work to keep the wind and rain out.
