Thanks to everyone for the well wishes. Many of you have asked about our new places in Canton. Atomic Biscuit is now open - 7 days a week - serving breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Blackbird Tavern will be open this fall with upscale Tavern fare, casual bar food, a large outdoor space for games and sports as well as a dedicated bar downstairs.
If you’re in the Canton area, please come by and say hello!

8 years ago this past January, we opened Fightingtown Tavern in downtown Blue Ridge. It was the realization of a dream literally decades in the making. While there were bumps and bruises along the way, the experience left us with a renewed appreciation for the place where we spent so much of our childhood.
Our journey with you ended yesterday as we sold the Tavern to Michael Kennedy. Michael is a part of our family, has 20+ years of hospitality experience and is incredibly excited to continue what was started in 2014 while putting his own fun stamp on things. I’m certainly you’ll notice his expertise in everything at the tavern as you come back to visit.
It’s with mixed feelings we leave this beautiful area. But we’re excited to begin our next exciting adventure as we open two new restaurant concepts in Canton. If you find yourself in the area, please stop by and say hello.

Winter Weather 2022!

Get those coats, hats, gloves, firewood and adult beverages ready! With the impending winter weather, the tavern will be closed Sunday Monday and Tuesday this coming week. Come see us tomorrow for NFL Playoffs and some killer cocktails and grub.

Not as ugly as they COIULD be!
