We have just passed the 3 year mark of serving delicious, nutrient packed foods in Blue Ridge. Thank you for helping us get here! If you've never tried one, our Acai bowls are some of the best available ANYWHERE in the country. They are delicious, filling, and nutrient packed, and to boot, they have absolutely helped make our regulars more healthy!

We are a small local business, owned by a single mother of two young kids. Our business has faced unfathomable challenges in the last couple years, and we are proud to be here because we believe it offers something unique and valuable to the community.

We're very grateful to enjoy the original artwork of James Ryder Murphy, a local artist with a very kind heart, in the Cafe & Market! One of his pieces in particular now sets the tone in my living room and has played a very significant role in my life!

James will be sharing his work at the Meeks Park Art Show this weekend! Show him some appreciation if you go to it!
