No-Show Policy:

There is a $75 non refundable no-show fee for all color appointments if we are not notified that you are unable to attend your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

There is $50 non refundable cancellation fee for all color appointments if you do not cancel at the latest of 24 hours prior to your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and we are always willing to work with you. We appreciate our clients and friends so much. Furthermore, please understand that time is income and this is our full-time career. Again we love and appreciate ALL of our clients! Thank you all for your support and understanding of our time.
