From rough cut to final touch - 963 trackloader & PC210 excavator handled the heavy lifting, 11’ deep & 5000CY of material—D51PXi dozer coming in behind for final grading on this diversion trench for future 850’ double box storm drain culverts.

Water used to stick around, but now it knows where to go.
This lot used to hold water for 2–3 weeks after every rain. We regraded the site to establish positive slope and eliminate low spots, now it drains efficiently and stays dry. Due to the size of the lot, the customer opted for hydroseeding to quickly reestablish grass & stabilize the freshly graded surface.

Cleared out some trees & stumps inside of building site then moved onto stripping topsoil to utilize at a later time for final grade.
Upon removing topsoil we also leveled & compacted sub-grade then capped off the pad with a very nice red select fill.

10 acre pasture mowing done in just a few hrs before moving onto the next site.
Not only can we do dirt work but we can maintain that large property.
