oopsie meant this for my personal post

#29 New River Gorge NP, our 63rd and most recently designated NP in WV I went 🍂🍁peeping with my bestest boy. He does love a good car ride (thank goodness!). This park had a lot to offer you just needed to travel to it. Plenty of pretty trees, longest suspension bridge in western hemisphere and 3rd tallest, Sandstone Falls, Thurmond Historic District great food in the little town of Fayetteville. I also visited Babcock State Park and Boley Lake 💜 fall pics. There are two Longpoint Trails one inside the park and the other about 20 minutes away - I enjoyed them both.

It was a rough start with two "high jacked" credit cards and I gave someone a "love tap" at a light, no real damage. But then I had a young man at The Secret Sandwich Society 😋 treat me to my birthday dinner.

For me it is one of the most gentle forms of energy medicine to learn & also experience. The principles are so basic with a foundation in goodness. I want to be kind, honest and grateful every day along with not worrying or being upset!
If you are the least bit curious about how Reiki could benefit you or if you are already a Reiki practitioner of any level I invite you to our monthly Reiki Share at The Sanctuary at Mother Moon Mentoring Happenings this Friday night the 17th. Doors open at 6, we start at 6:15 and go til about 8:15. Everyone gets a chance to receive Reiki and also give Reiki (even with no experience - trust me, I will walk you through the steps).
