Smoke'n Dudes BBQ Supply

This past weekend we competed at the 2026 Rekindled Ironman BBQ Festival. This competition has a slightly different format than most. At a typical competition, we cook 16 pieces of chicken, 4 racks of ribs, 4 pork shoulders and 1 brisket. Here is where the Ironman is different: each team must cook 7 pieces of chicken (1 to taste and 6 to turn in), 1 rack of rib (minimum of 6 bones), 1 pork shoulder and 1 brisket.... oh yeah no electricity allowed (no pellet grills, no gurus, no leave in thermometers, etc).

This was our first cook of the year (we couldn't have asked for better weather on Saturday!) and we tried some news things, some worked and some didn't.

Chicken- 6th place
Ribs- 🙄
Pork- 9th place
Brisket- 9th place
Overall- 9th place
