Hard work paying off! So proud of Nick!

What the video doesn't show you is me sitting there thinking for 3 or 4 minutes. Listening to the fear in my head that I'm going to fall, or that I'm not strong enough to stand up with the weight just yet. Luckily I have the best Physical Therapist right by me telling me to "get going" and assuring me, I'm "good if I fall. We'll just try it again." Keep getting up. It's ok to fall, it's ok to struggle, it's ok to hate it while you try. But when you fall, get up and go again. #ktb

Did you know the heel height of your shoes can make a huge difference in your prosthesis?
Try to find shoes with the same or similar heel height to avoid issues with your alignment. If you still have fit issues, we can help!
