ColorNine was so honored to nominate our longtime friend and client Renee Mahaffey Harris, CEO of The Center for Closing the Health Gap, for the Cincinnati Business Courier's 2026 Health Care Heroes awards program.

Renee was not only named a finalist in the Executives category, last night she won the top prize at a special event at Cincinnati Music Hall! She's spent her remarkable career working to eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities in our community, and for 14 years we've had the distinct honor of supporting her on the marketing communications front in this life-saving work. A true hero, indeed.
