We are an awesome group of teenagers determined to take on a task that is based on knowledge, skills, and individual talent (of course, with the generous help from our mentors). Residing in local towns of central Illinois, we mainly are from Bloomington-Normal, Illinois (where we do most of our building and planning). Team MetalCow is a new, unexperienced team created to build a robot for the FRC

Friends, we recently lost a good friend and mentor. Lisa Bathe passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 26, 2025. If you’ve been around the shop in the past three years, you certainly know how much time Lisa invested in our team, unlocking the doors for scheduled (and unscheduled) meetings. She served as our meal and t-shirt coordinator and was truly one of our greatest fans. We will miss her so much!

As a team, we’ve set up a few ways that we can help support Lisa's family.
