Skip For Council
Skip Daley for Monroe County Council At-Large 2012 Monroe County residents deserve to be represented!
With local unemployment at an all time high, economic growth stagnant, and imperative devolpment being shunned . . . it is time for someone to provide a common sense approach toward solutions regarding job creation, education funding, and infrastructure improvements.
I haven't used this page since the election, but today's unimaginable tragedy deserves every possible means to express the solidarity we ALL feel for the families and loved ones of the victims. Thoughts are with you, and when you begin to heal, we must look to solutions to prevent repetition of this unacceptable act. POLITICS ASIDE- our children and safety come FIRST!
Thank you for all of your support and continued interest in this race! With just 6000 votes yet to be reviewed, our deficit has grown beyond a reasonable percent for optimism.
I have spoken with Geoff McKim, Congratulating him on his victory, and I have calls into both Lee Jones and Cheryl Munson.
I offered to be available as a resource to the Council moving forward in hopes that issues our team brought to the table will be addressed in the near future.
Although we are disappointed in the outcome, this has been an incredible experience, and I look to stay involved to some degree in our local public policy.
Special thanks to my amazing wife and daughter for being such an inspiration.
The latest update shows us still behind with approximately 15,000 votes still not counted. The Heralds Times Online has periodic updates, while the County has not communicated what is happening or what to expect with any of the candidates involved.
The numbers do not look good, but I am very proud of what this team has accomplished! Regardless of the outcome, we turned some heads . . .
Still awaiting the final results . . . we are in the mix!
Today, the SFC Team attended two rallies, greeted residents at a local supermarket, and thanked voters for coming out to participate in early voting this afternoon . . . during the cold and rain!
Driving our message until 6pm Tuesday!!!!!
