Last year we undertook a comprehensive renovation of a severely deteriorated deck on the verge of collapse. The project involved installing new framing, g-tape, and high-quality composite decking and railing. Our client was extremely satisfied with the results and has already scheduled a follow-up project for the front deck. The existing fence was deteriorating and our clients desired enhanced privacy from neighboring properties and a secure area for their pet to roam freely. In the basement renovation, we removed outdated carpeting, reframed select walls with insulation and drywall, applied fresh paint, installed new flooring, and added lighting and shelving to the closet. Another composite deck project has been successfully completed! We replaced all the old framing and 6x6 posts. During the process, we discovered some rotted Rim and Seal plate under the front door. Instead of covering it up, we informed the client and obtained a work order change to complete the necessary repairs. We applied G-tape to all the framing. Additionally, we installed beautiful Whiskey Barrel Trex picture-framed decking.
