Roasted Parsnips with peppadew agrodolce and toasted pine nuts. The Sicilian sweet and sour sauce, which we reduce with currants and sultanas and a bit of lucious olive oil, cascades down the lovely roasted planks of theses beautiful ‘snips. Thanks to and for growing these lovely peppers and parsnips!

Koji marinated eggs and beets on the menu this month. We simmer the beets in ginger, malt vinegar, Serrano peppers, and other joyous aromatics, then innoculate the simmering liquid with Koji and pitch the eggs in to allow that magical and alchemical process to take over. The result? We’ll, you’ll just have to try it.

We will be closed for Thanksgiving but open for business as usual the rest of the week. AND we will have a new cocktail list on Wednesday that we will be launching at HALF PRICE all night! So come by for some holiday cheer!

MONDAY RED BEANS—now on Mondays you can get a bowl of red beans and rice (vegan and gluten free) for just $8. Add-ons to include some Louisiana smoked sausage or gluten free fried chicken. Every Monday from 5 until sold out.
