JUNE 5-8: Stilling the Waters Within Retreat in New Harmony, IN.
(We offer equity pricing)
The next Inner Resources retreat arrives at the transition from spring to summer. It's a great time to step into the simplicity and quiet of New Harmony for a facilitated and self-guided retreat. We will be using creative expression, inner reflection, & gentle movement to reset.
Imagine yourself guided into stillness, movement, and art in a room with a full window view edged with trees, a large field and just beyond a bend in the Wabash River. Birds alighting on branches and vines, while you take inspiration for your own settling.
We'll have incredible vegetarian food, curated and mutually created with Georg'ann Cattelona. She delights in delicious details. Also joining us will be Tess Bent, to facilitate a Journey
Dance session. Regardless of your movement abilities, Tessa invites a playful spirit to authentic movement. Amazing playlists stir the waters within, that we might then still them.

Announcing: Equity Pricing is now available for all workshops!
Open to anyone.
This 1-day workshop* allows participants to experience powerful healing metaphors through the breaking, adorning, and rejoining with gold. Kintsugi, golden joinery, is an ancient Japanese practice of repairing broken pottery by filling the cracks with lacquer and gold dust.
Each participant will be supplied with all materials to go through the full process with a single bowl. We will start and end the day together, with free art making and lunch in the middle, on your own pace.
Vegetarian lunch is provided.
This is an expressive workshop with no previous experience necessary and is open to anyone.
Therapists can receive 6 CEs upon completion.

After 2 days of virtual facilitation it was amazing to host in person training. These women did rich work together. Lots of emotions moved as we explored symbols and stories, as well as neuroscience.

This interview regarding a new book about tech and tween/ teens appears to be well thought and researched. Valued the contributions to my own thinking without it seeming reactionary.
A clear, insightful discussion with some good take aways for parents and professionals to consider with regard to risk, safety, play, human development and mental health.
