We (Doug Fabrizio, MS, OTR/L and I ) are looking for 3 people to provide feedback on our unique Diabetes Wellness Management Program. Doug is a person with diabetes type I and I have a doctorate in community health and wellness, who lived with a mom with diabetes type I.
It is FREE and is a 7 week program (taken at your pace though) and your help would be so appreciated! Criteria is to be a person with Diabetes Type I and II. That's all ! Please message me here. And please share this with others.

We recently launched a new program to help people with all types of Diabetes. Our goal is to serve as an adjunct to traditional diabetes-related services - for example endocrinologists, diabetes educators, dietitians, exercise physiologists.

As someone living with Type I diabetes (this is Doug), I know that my condition effects every aspect of my life, including not only my physical health, but also the way I choose to socialize, my routines at work, the way I interact with my family, and even spirituality.

That's why I am excited about what we are creating - our goal is to help you analyze and address each area of you life that is impacted by diabetes, and to offer support and advocacy that can in turn help you more effectively work with the rest of their medical team.

The program spans 7 weeks, includes weekly videos, assignments, and one-on-one video sessions with us. Our goal is to help as many people as possible and to make things affordable, and the entire program is one price of $250.00. Better still, as we attempt to build momentum with this new program, we're happy to offer the entirety of the program for FREE to the first three people who respond to this post. People with diabetes are 2 to 3 times more likely to have depression than people without diabetes. Only 25% to 50% of people with diabetes who have depression get diagnosed and treated.
