This split-level is getting another level, and more.

This shopping plaza had looked the same for as long as I can remember. When I was given the opportunity to give it a facelift, I was both excited and nervous. Not everyone like change. I stuck to a classic design inspired by Colonial Williamsburg. Detailed to add charm and keep a human scale while adding identity to the tenant spaces. It respects the quaint colonial neighborhood just a block away.

Our business was lucky enough to survive the worst of covid-19. With that, we learned that a larger office was no longer necessary. Back to our roots, dewright design is once again a home run business.
We have relocated to a peaceful property in Bloomfield where we hope to continue our careers. Please look for address updates in future correspondences. Our number remains the same.

The original roof on this small ranch came off just before a blizzard. The new modern colonial style took off without a hitch. If you love your location, the best place to move is up.

We're excited to announce that our co-tenant, K Enterprise, is expanding to launch the "Let It Bloom" Gift Shop; offering live plants, home and seasonal décor. They are starting with limited holiday hours; Th/Fr 5-7 and Sa/Su 10-3. The shop has taken over our conference room, so don't panic if you stop by. 4D design and dewright design are still in full operation in the back rooms. Please utilize the side door for access. Stop by for some last minute gifts and support another small business.

This Lake Community home got a new second floor with master suite and a little view of the lake.

This gas station addition / renovation project expanded their retail area and provided access to an unused attic for much needed storage. The exterior took on some Greek Revival details to complement the Historic District it sits within.

Before, Rendering & After. The final touches are going into this Accessibility Addition / Renovation project at Stonington Free Library. New carpet started today, with shelving and books returning next week.

This residential addition provides a kitchen expansion and bonus room. The room will start as a fitness space but is designed as a future bedroom. Perfect for guests and aging in place. New deck construction starting soon.

It has taken a bit longer than anticipated but our addition to the Stonington Free Library is moving along nicely. Phase 2 interior renovations are out to bid.

It's great that some more businesses will be allowed to open tomorrow. We have to remember, however, this is NOT business as usual. The State's Executive Order has specific requirements. All businesses are required to fill out a Self Certification form. Outdoor dining requires a new (no cost) permit. Existing patios should get approved right away with 50% capacity. If you are expanding or making a new outdoor area, the permit could take up to 10 days for approval.
